What size should my images be?

Depending on the style of landing page or form, these vary. It's a good idea to match landscape images with landscape space on your template. You can upload an image that's not in landscape—Just know that it will adjust automatically to fit the image size, and that might overlap with your template copy.

How do I create + edit emails?

Please do yourself a favor and use the “new editor.”

Remember that you can switch back to the Legacy editor at anytime. It is important to remember that the content is separate in each editor, so if you want to carry it over you need to copy and paste it. I know (shrugs) it’s not ideal. Choose one editor + work from it.

How do I make an email template?

This is a quick start guide from ConvertKit on how to create a template. It doesn’t however include videos on adjusting the headers or adding social media icon. In the Tech SOS Webinar, I go over both of these. Replay coming soon!

How do I send a newsletter?

ConvertKit calls single emails a “Broadcast”. So if you want to send a monthly newsletter, you’ll do this by going to your dashboard and clicking Broadcast.
